By using H2GO you accept the terms below. We process the minimum data needed to power your hydration tracking.
Take genuine photos of containers holding drinking water. Fake photos, screens, or unrelated images will be rejected by our AI and may lead to account suspension.
Account info (email, name), profile photo, hydration logs, validated photos, level/XP, reminders and subscription status. Photos are stored privately and used only for validation and history.
Each validation sends your photo to an AI vision model to check it shows water. The image is also stored in your private library.
Premium is billed via Stripe with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You can remove your profile photo from the profile page. To delete your account and all related data, contact support.
